In his real life, a continually pot smoking a******. In the IT industry, he offers you access to his Media Library. You did not ask for this it was offered freely. It doesn't work 90% of the time. The IT guy gets annoyed that you bother him. Doesn't consider I might be annoyed every time I try to watch a movie or show there's a f****** problem, every f****** time. His hardware is failing and he tells you passive aggressively that most of the other people he gives access to pay him money. So let me get this straight: you tell me flat-out I'm not obligated to pay and then are upset because I'm not paying. Again I didn't ask for these services they were offered freely to me.
I wasn't aware it was a free trial.
So I offered to pay money told him I would pay at the beginning of the year.
I spaced it. I also spaced that we are two weeks into the new year. I offered to pay him immediately. He got seriously pissed at me kicked me off of his Media Library. Mister socialist expected me to pay for a service that never worked correctly, that continually had issues, got angry doing customer service or I T work and kicked me off the service, for being two weeks late on my bill I guess? Dude , I hate to tell you you're no socialist, you're the worst kind of capitalist POS. You basically tried to scam me in to purchasing a media service that doesn't f****** work. Sounds like a Republican capitalist to me .

Thank you for your free trial but we will not be continuing with your service. Quite honestly there was always something wrong: either the volume was too low, or the subtitles always out of sync or the media just wasn't where it was supposed to be. Compared to Tubi or Netflix, overall the experience sucked. Virtually every time I tried to relax with a show there were some kind of issue and your tech support and customer service are simply terrible. At this time I don't feel like we can contribute 50 or $100 to a service that doesn't work right, and where technical support and customer service always has an attitude and is always stoned. There's plenty of other media out there without the attitude, that actually works right. Your business model blows.
